We are the Monroe County West(NY) Chapter of the Society for the Preservation and Encouragement of Barbershop Quartet Singing in America. Our membership is made up of men who enjoy the American art form known as barbershop music. Our Chorus of the Erie Canal sings at various local events and provides entertainment for several area organizations. We also compete against other chapters at our society's district conventions. The chorus is a base for training of quartets and has produced several throuought the years.
